INCOME LIMITS
Income limits are established by HUD on an annual basis. They are set at 50% of the median family income for the geographical area. Income Limits effective May 15th, 2023. An applicant may be eligible for the program if the households gross income (income before deductions for taxes, insurance, child support, etc.) is less than the limits shown below:
