The SCMMCHRA provides rent assistance in Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan counties. If you do not currently live in our service area and do not wish to move to our area, please contact your local housing authority.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Our waiting list is open to preferences only.
If you are currently an applicant on the HCV waiting list, HRA staff will notify you by mail when you have reached the top of the list.
Please DO NOT CALL the housing authority to check where your name appears on the list. The SCMMCHRA does not give out position numbers by request.
However, it is very important that applicants notify HRA staff when there are changes in your circumstances that are different from the information you listed at the time of your initial application. Please be sure to notify HRA staff if you move, change your telephone number or have a change in your family composition by printing the Request for Change to Household form and submitting back to our office.

The HRA office will be closing each Friday at 12:00 P.M.
