Income Limits
Income limits are established by HUD on an annual basis. They are set at 50% of the median family income for the geographical area. An applicant may be eligible for the program if his or her income is less than the limits shown below:

*Gross Income is income before deductions for taxes, insurance, child support, etc.
*Families whose gross income does not exceed 30% of the Median income limit, by current family size are considered extremely low income. The HRA can give preference to these families.
